Chest, lats and traps still dominate the Garmin-sensor totals below — Friday's Upper Pull session added volume on top of Thursday's Functional Fitness + Core work (which put quads, hamstrings, glutes and core on the board via Farmer's Carry, Goblet Squat, Dead Bug). Aug 3's Lower Body Hypertrophy session (Squat, RDL, Leg Press, Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Calf Raise) isn't reflected here at all — it has no matching Garmin activity (device sync gap), so true quad/hamstring/glute/calf volume this mesocycle is meaningfully higher than these Garmin-only totals show.

Confirmed this run, driven by the user's own feedback after Aug 3's session ("felt good and strong, I would like have more explosive and strength work in there") — goal is rugby performance and general athleticism.
